No charge

Tell us what's slow. 30 minutes, no charge, no pitch.

You'll finish the call knowing whether we can help and roughly what it would cost. If the answer is no, you'll get that straight rather than a follow-up sequence.

30 minutesphone or video, evenings and weekends

Send us three things and we’ll come back with a couple of times: your business name, roughly how many staff you have, and what’s slow or manual that you’d want to talk about.

We work evenings and weekends, so there are only a handful of slots each week. If none of them suit, say so and we’ll work around your week rather than ours.

What actually happens on it

Half an hour, in three parts. The middle bit is the longest, because your answers are what tell us whether there’s anything here worth doing.

01

You talk

Describe what's slow, manual or falling through the cracks. You don't need to know what you want built — if you can describe what's annoying you, that's plenty.

02

We ask

The same questions we'd ask any new client: how many quotes you send, what happens between a job finishing and an invoice going out, what it's costing you. Mostly this bit.

03

We tell you straight

Whether we can help, what we'd look at first, roughly what it would involve and what it would cost. If we're not the right people, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

Before you book

We don’t do marketing, advertising, SEO or social. If what you need is more customers coming in, we’re the wrong people — we fix what happens after the enquiry arrives. We’d rather you knew that now than at minute five.

We don’t do IT support, email security or backups either. That’s an IT company’s job.

This pays for itself when you’ve got more work than you can comfortably process. If things are quiet at the moment, you’d be paying us to make a slow month more efficient, and that’s not worth your money.

And after the call

If it’s a simple, clear job in software we know well, we’ll just quote it. No need to make you buy a diagnostic for something we already understand.

If it’s bigger than that — several things leaking at once, or systems we’d need to get inside properly first — the next step is a Pipeline Audit. Fixed price, one to two weeks, and the fee comes off the build if you go ahead within 60 days.

Either way you’ll get a written price before anything starts.
