That’s the standard we hold rather than an apology for it. If something is genuinely urgent, say so in the subject line and we’ll work around it.
What happens next
We’ll reply with a couple of questions and suggest a time for a proper call — evening or weekend, whatever suits you. That’s the free 30-minute call.
On it you’ll get a straight answer on whether we can help, what we’d look at first, and what it would cost. If it’s a small, clear job we’ll price it there and then; if it’s bigger, the next step is usually a Pipeline Audit.
If we don’t think we’re the right fit, we’ll say so on that call and point you somewhere better. That happens reasonably often and it costs you nothing.
